Terms of Service
The terms for quotes, starting prices, our treat and remove approach, cover periods and payment when you book wasp or bee work with us in Victoria.
Who these terms apply to
When you ask Wasp Control Victoria for a quote or book wasp or bee work anywhere in Victoria, these terms apply.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Prices
Prices on this website are starting prices, shown with "from". Location, size and ease of access decide the final figure for each nest or colony.
- You receive the price before work starts
- The price is based on what you tell us and what we find on site
- Any extra work is explained first and needs your approval
- All prices include GST
How we work
Our work is pest control. We apply registered products to wasp nests and bee colonies and then take them away. Relocating bees or keeping hives is not a service we offer.
Bookings
Work is booked in daylight, any day of the week, with urgent calls moved up the list. Any time we give you is our best estimate, and we phone if we will be late.
Need to change the time? Letting us know early means another customer can have the slot.
Your responsibilities
We ask that you:
- Warn us ahead of time about sting allergies in the household and any animals on site
- Make the nest, ceiling space or wall reachable as arranged
- Keep everyone, animals included, clear of treated spots for the period we recommend
- Leave a treated entrance open unless we tell you otherwise
Cover
Each wasp nest we treat carries six months of cover on that nest. Each bee cavity we cut out and seal carries twelve months of cover on the seal. If either fails within that time, we return at no charge.
Excluded: nests that start somewhere new, openings you asked us to leave, and harm from weather events, building works or other contractors.
Building work
Any opening of walls, eaves or roofs to remove comb is agreed with you beforehand. Repairs beyond a small opening are priced separately.
Payment
We invoice on completion. How you can pay is explained when the booking is made.
Liability
Our technicians work carefully and competently, and every Australian Consumer Law guarantee stays in place.
Where the law permits, we do not accept responsibility for damage that was already there, or for issues that arise from ignoring our instructions.
